I took my Subaru outback 2016 in for the DEQTOO check at Cascade Automotive Repair. I called for directions on getting my car checked out since the DEQ stations are closed. I was given good information and the check was completed quickly and sent to DEQ. I was able to go on line and pay for the DEQ certificate and then paid for the new registration on line.

True professionalism. Not found very often today. The shop floor glistens it is so clean. And the staff is very curtious. I dropped off a second of our vehicles needing work. Should say a lot in my trust of Cascade Automotive. Returned to Cascade Automotive once again, May 8.. Marlin and his crew/team once did an out standing job. Broken and loose lug nuts by a local tire shop. I will be visiting Cascade Automotive in the future I am sure. Thank you Cascade Automotive.

They go one step beyond regular service. Today, my telephone was on "Do Not Disturb", and I didn't get their message that my trailer was done, so Mitch came to my house and told me. Nice to have that kind of service. Very nice ! \

Very Friendly and Professional Service. I was given an honest opinion. Even if it's not I wanted to hear. I wanted to drive my '05 Toyota for another 200,000 miles - lol; with over 365,000 miles on it, Not gonna happen. Thank you for such a fast turn around on the diagnostic. God Bless.
