The staff and service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down. The staff helped us find a rental car, and even drove us to the rental office. Amazing and kind-We would absolutely recommend them!!

Outstanding service and wonderful professionalism. My son was traveling a great distance during spring break when his car had mechanical problems. Not being present to oversee The recommended repairs I was nervousbut these find professionals quickly Alleviated any concerns I had. It was a simple issue with the battery that they made the proper assessment fixed it at no charge and gave me options for further repairs that were reasonable in price and I was confident that they would do outstanding work. We have been going to Cascade Automotive for the last few years and have been highly satisfied with their work. Very rarely has the cost been greater than the estimate and this was due to discovering needed repairs along the way. As this happened, they always contacted us to explain the situation in order to avoid later labor fees. They are always respectful of our decisions. I never really had to wait more than a few days from the time I phone to the repairs or maintenance of my vehicules. Finally, the last two times, I got my vehicules repaired the fees were considerably lower than the estimates.
